§01

What a morning issue covers

The publication is delivered before the open on United States stock market trading days. Sigflow selects the coverage for each issue.

01

The event and its source

A clear account of what was announced, the company involved, and the source supporting the information. The report identifies material uncertainty when important details are missing or an announcement is not confirmed.

02

The catalyst category

The event is considered in its appropriate context. Categories can include earnings, guidance, financing, corporate transactions, leadership changes, regulatory developments, litigation, and strategic announcements.

03

Why the announcement matters

The analysis considers what the event could change for the company. A headline may matter because of its implications for revenue, earnings, capital needs, strategy, or another material part of the business.

04

The Catalyst Impact Score

CIS summarizes Sigflow’s assessment of the catalyst’s potential significance and relative quality. The report provides a rationale alongside the score. The explanation remains important even when two events receive similar scores.

05

Context and uncertainties

Coverage identifies factors that may complicate interpretation, such as incomplete terms, financing needs, limited liquidity, or an announcement that adds little new information. Historical examples may be included when they offer relevant context.

06

Questions for further research

The report explains which additional developments could strengthen or weaken the initial interpretation. These are research questions and conditional scenarios. They are not instructions for opening or closing a position.

    §03 — CIS

How to read the Catalyst Impact Score

CIS is a structured research assessment. Its purpose is to help readers compare the significance and relative quality of news catalysts in context.

The assessment considers the substance of an event and the information supporting it. Relevant factors may include materiality, surprise relative to expectations, source credibility, specificity, and whether the implications are likely to persist. The applicable method is described in our CIS methodology and limitations notice.

A higher CIS can describe a material adverse event as well as a positive development. The score is not a forecast that a share price will increase. It is not a probability of profit, a target return, or a measure of suitability for an individual reader.

CIS reflects information available at the time of analysis. New facts can change an assessment. A score should be read with its rationale, publication time, and stated limitations.

    Coverage is selected by Sigflow

Sigflow chooses the events for each morning issue. Subscribers receive the same selected coverage. Inclusion does not mean that a security is suitable for trading or that every important event has been covered. The subscription does not include reports tailored to a subscriber’s holdings, repeated changes to screening criteria, or an individual trade plan.

Use the publication in your own research

Review the underlying sources and consider information published after the issue. Where historical examples are used, differences in company circumstances, market conditions, and liquidity can materially affect the comparison. The publication is a scheduled snapshot. Prices, news, and company information may change after publication.

Can I choose which stocks are covered?

Sigflow selects the events included in each issue. The subscription provides one common publication for subscribers.

Is CIS a buy or sell signal?

No. CIS summarizes a research assessment of an event. It does not provide an entry price, an exit instruction, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold.

Are historical comparisons available for every event?

No. Comparisons depend on the availability and relevance of evidence. A limited set of examples should not be read as a reliable forecast.

    Are books and courses included?

Books, toolkit items, and separate educational products are not automatically included. Any included materials will be expressly listed in the subscription offer.

    When does the issue arrive?

Before the US market open on trading days, by 6:30 ET, by email and on the web edition. There is no issue on market holidays.

    Can I cancel?

Yes. You will be able to cancel at any time; monthly plans stop at the end of the billing period. Full subscription terms are published before launch.

Research and trading risk. This publication provides general research and educational analysis. It does not consider your financial circumstances, portfolio, objectives, or risk tolerance. Securities discussed are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold. Market information can change after publication. Trading involves risk, including loss of capital. Scores, scenarios, and historical comparisons do not guarantee future outcomes.
